Course # 004510 (2.5 Hours) This course is designed to be taken right after Procurement 101. For the best learning opportunity, these two courses should be taken on the same day. Please sign up for Procurement 101 then sign up for the Introduction to iProcurement course that occurs on the same day.

This course is designed for anyone who creates requisitions for goods or services for their agency. It's also for anyone who enters receipts for those goods and services.

Oracle iProcurement is used to create requisitions (requests) to purchase goods and services. Once an order is complete, goods or services are received in iProcurement, providing Centeral Accounts Payable the approval to pay.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Create requisitions for expense (non-inventory) purchases
  • Set up a favorites list of frequently ordered items
  • Review and respond to iProcurement notifications
  • Make changes to an existing requisition
  • Enter and correct receipts
  • Search for previously submitted requisitions and view details

NOTE: Inventory requisition and receipts that are not created through side system interfaces may be taught after the regular class, as required, for users in DPH, DNRP-WTD, and/or DOT-Transit/Fleet.

Oracle EBS Responsibilities associated with this course:

  • KC iProcurement Requisitioner
  • KC iProcurement Receiver
  • KC iProcurement User - Requisitioner & Receiver
